1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon tonic water (fresh)

Gel-based neon food coloring (blue, green, pink, etc.)

Edible glitter or luster dust (optional)

Instructions

1. Pop the popcorn and let it cool completely.

2. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in short bursts until smooth.

3. Stir in tonic water to the melted mix.

4. Divide mixture into bowls and color with neon food coloring.

5. Pour colored glaze over popcorn, tossing to coat evenly.

6. Form into balls and place on parchment-lined tray.

7. Optional: Dust with edible glitter.
